Does the iPhone with firmware 4.0 have a flashlight?

Hello iPhone user, apparently a supposed utility for OS 4.0, which will bring us the great native application of a flashlight, why can't they include other native things that would be more efficient, or the most important thing for the system, BATTERY CONSUMPTION.
