Will the iPod Touch 4G with firmware 4.0 have a camera?

Hello iPhone enthusiast! Well, I came across this version of the iPod Touch, which is still just a rumor about Apple releasing this iPod with a camera. They'll also revive the 16GB iPod Touch, since that one was discontinued in the newer models.
