In addition, a recent survey of the Korean public indicated that Apple , not Samsung, is the brand that has generated the most satisfaction among users.
In that survey, Apple received an approval rating of 798 out of 1000 users surveyed, while Samsung only reached 600. Furthermore, 88,2% of users are satisfied with the iPhone 5S, while only 52,3% are satisfied with the Galaxy S5.
This leads us to deduce that Samsung will undoubtedly have to rethink its strategy within South Korea, its own home market, in order to overcome the great reception and approval that Apple devices enjoy worldwide.
