Some of the new features of the iOS 7 UI

We're just weeks away from WWDC , where the upcoming iOS 7 and perhaps the new iPhone 5S or iPhone 6 are expected to be unveiled . Some details of what we can expect from iOS 7 have been leaked, specifically regarding the user interface. Among these changes, Apple's commitment to a minimalist approach stands out, with a monochrome and "flat" interface, without excessive embellishments or lighting effects on the icons.

 

There will also be changes to notifications , both on the lock screen and in the notification shade , where we'll find white text on a black background and shortcuts for frequently used settings like airplane mode, as well as new widget-style panels . Furthermore, the iOS 7 home screen will allow the use of panoramic wallpapers, while the icons will lose their characteristic glow effect, as mentioned in the first paragraph.

iOS 7 will theoretically be unveiled at this year's WWDC.
