Angry Birds is reportedly coming to Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 consoles.

Angry Birds has appeared everywhere; you can find it on your smartphone, tablets, and even web browser, regardless of the operating system you're using. Now, Rovio wants to bring its game to consoles like Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Nintendo 3DS.

This would be the first time Angry Birds appears on an HDTV via a console, and according to TechRadar, Rovio will be selling the trilogy on a disc. There's also talk of the option to download the game through Xbox LIVE or the PlayStation Online store . Most interestingly, the title would support Kinect on Xbox, PlayStation Move on PS3, and the Nintendo StreetPass feature on Nintendo 3DS.

According to Rovio, this won't just be a step from Android and iOS to the big screen; there will be significant changes, and they will start from scratch to build and optimize the title in high definition, adding more artwork.

Rovio has not announced a price or release date for its console version of the Angry Birds trilogy , but it has promised that it will be available for the holidays.
