Apple celebrates "a decade of iTunes" with an interactive timeline

Apple has launched a special tribute for the upcoming birthday of one of its most successful services, its online music store.

The company has launched an interactive timeline called "A Decade of iTunes" (which opens in the program) showing the changes in the music industry, especially with the arrival of this service.

This Sunday, April 28th, marks a decade since the iTunes Store first opened its doors. Undoubtedly, this is a very significant date for Apple, as iTunes was not only the first online music store that completely revolutionized the music world, but it was also the prelude to everything Apple was destined to become: a company dedicated to its mobile devices.
