Apple hires Roy JEM Raymann from Philips for iWatch production
Apple has hired Roy JEM Raymann from Philips Research, who until recently was part of the staff of specialists and leading research scientists, and who was also the founder of the Philips Sleep Experience laboratory.
That said, an expert in sleep research has now joined the team working on the highly anticipated iWatch.
It is not yet clear what role Raymann will play , but one thing we do know is his undeniable experience in the field of
Research, monitoring, and modulation of sleep patterns. This is also attributed to their extensive experience in wearable sensors and miniaturization of sleep-related sensors.
This is why we believe he could easily be collaborating on the integration of these sensors into the iWatch . Furthermore, there was talk of developing a new application called " Healthbook ," which, along with iOS 8, would be able to monitor and store statistics, including each user's medical records.
The truth is that so far, many analysts have been focusing on the iWatch device , and it is predicted that Apple will generate $17.5 billion in sales during its first year.
For now, let's hope that the acquisition of this important scientist will be of great help for the prompt and rapid development of the long-awaited iWatch.
