Apple denounces fake Apple Stores

A few days ago , it came to light that there were several fake Apple Stores in China . It was no surprise that Apple quickly took action , but it seems that after Chinese authorities intervened, Apple has chosen to focus on the United States and report some of these stores they've found there.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In the case of the Chinese stores, the deception was quite sophisticated, since not only was the store's exterior appearance copied, but also the type of shelving, the interior decor, the spiral staircases, and even the staff uniforms. It went even further, as the staff themselves believed they were working for Apple, which, of course, was not the case.

United States

Apple has now begun taking legal action against some stores that copied its image or used its brand without permission; some of these stores have names like "Apple Story" or "Fun Zone Inc." We don't know much about the legal actions being taken against them, as no details have been released yet.

A warning to others

Apple will want to make it clear that it will not allow its brand to be used by others without its permission, so it is safe to assume that they will use all means at their disposal to attack these companies, and thus warn the rest that are operating illegally to stop doing so.

Benefit for users

These measures will not only benefit Apple, but also the users themselves, as they will prevent surprises when buying products from one of these illegal stores without knowing it, and then having a problem with it later and needing to claim the warranty.
