Apple made an impact with over one million apps in the US App Store.

Apple's App Store in the US has recently reached one million live apps , according to official data from various app platforms, which announced the event.

Where a historic first million applications was clearly recorded , which currently amounts to 1.006.557 applications available for download when the user performs customized searches with the name of each application.

While Apple reportedly stated in October that its App Store had one million apps from its extensive catalog worldwide, this would be the first time that various app platforms have recorded live app numbers in the US.

The Cupertino, California-based company has approved approximately 1.439.451 apps since the App Store launched in 2008. This number has steadily increased throughout the year, reaching a record one million apps. And given these impressive results, the company has paid over $13 billion to App Store developers.

It is known that of the 1.000.000 applications available for download, more than half a million are available for the iPad , and more than 900.000 are enabled for the iPhone.

On the other hand, if we remember correctly, in May 2013, Apple reached 50 billion app downloads worldwide and celebrated with an incredible promotion: the first user to download an app would win a $10,000 gift card. Currently, those figures have risen to 60 billion downloads, putting Apple on track for an unprecedented 100000000000 download .
