Apple releases iTunes 12

Apple has released iTunes 12 , and this new version of the multimedia application features a sleek new design, directly related to the new iOS 8.

This new version of the app will allow users to control their content through their iOS devices, such as iPhones and iPads. In addition, the update includes improvements to the organization of the user's media library, making it easier and faster to manage.

iTunes is getting a makeover, and with it, the app icon has also been updated with a monochromatic, reddish design, dominated by the musical note or iTunes symbol, which in our opinion looks much more elegant and distinguished.

As we've already emphasized, iTunes 12 features a new design, improvements, and integrated new functions. Essentially, the user interface is now simpler and more intuitive, and in addition to what's already been mentioned, it now offers the option to share your iTunes, iBooks, and App Store purchases with up to six people. All of this is possible without needing to share the same account.

In addition to the above, you can now view your entire media library . Your playlists will also be displayed side-by-side, making it much easier to select your favorite songs.

Finally, the information window has also been completely redesigned to give you a cleaner and more useful view of its content.

The update is available to developers through Software Update , via the Mac App Store.
