Apple changes its device return policy from 30 days to 14 days

Apple has just announced, through a statement on its official website , that its return policy has been modified. Previously, when customers purchased an iPhone directly from the Apple Online Store or bought their device through Apple stores, they had 30 days to return the device for any reason.

The only condition for making an exchange is that the device must be in good condition and include all original accessories. However, we were quite surprised to learn that an internal document leaked to the media revealed that Apple has decided to change the policy from 30 days to 14 days, effective March 13th.

However, the return policy currently published on Apple's website already reflects this change. Therefore, as of today, all iPhones purchased from the company are subject to the new 14-day return policy.

On the other hand, the document also indicates that Apple is looking to make the change across all its products, in order to obtain a universal return policy , which matches the 14-day policy of most carriers.
