Apple reaches new record in iPhone 6 sales

Tim Cook also thanked customers and users for making this the best launch ever, achieving a significant margin of improvement over previous years. He asserted that sales could have been even higher if they had the capacity to meet the high demand generated by the new devices. Despite some issues related to phone assembly , the company has successfully delivered millions of units to users.

The new equipment will be available in more than 20 countries starting September 26th, and in the rest of the world by the end of 2014.
