Apple pressures Foxconn due to high demand for the iPhone 6

Before the new iPhone models could even be presented , the device was already a sensation, and as we witnessed, pre-sales and the volume of phones sold in just one week had exceeded the company's expectations so much that they had previously forced their manufacturer to hire more staff to be able to have it available on the expected dates.

Although everything went as planned and both iPhone 6 models ended up being the best sellers , the company needs more assembly lines to be able to meet the demand for its phones and ship them to the rest of the world.

For this reason, they themselves have confirmed that they are taking a hard line with Foxconn to attract and hire more workers, since there are still many countries to which the new equipment will be shipped and demand is very high. Foxconn, for its part, faces a major problem, since assembly lines are no longer attractive to workers in its home country.

Both iPhone 6 models sold 10 million units , and by the end of 2014 the company expects to be able to distribute it to 115 more countries. They will soon arrive in China on October 17th after complying with all regulations, even though they are made in that country.
