Apple will repair iPhone 6 Plus phones that take blurry photos
Apple has just announced a new iPhone 6 Plus Repair Program . This comes after many users reported problems with the device's cameras, which were reportedly taking blurry photos.
Therefore, the company has decided to repair a small percentage of devices (specifically the iPhone 6 Plus ). This is because it has been experiencing issues with the iSight camera (the iPhone 's rear camera ), which are causing photos taken with the device to appear blurry.
However, the units eligible for this "Repair Program" are limited. The company specified that only exchanges or repairs will be applicable to devices sold primarily between September 2014 and January 2015.
The program has already been announced on Apple's official website. Affected customers can now visit any Apple Authorized Service Provider or Retailer.
Don't forget to contact the company's technical support beforehand to arrange and complete the device exchange. And if you'd like to check if your phone is included in the "Repair Program," simply enter the serial number on the website, which we'll link at the end of this article.
The serial number can be found in Settings > General > About – on your iPhone 6 Plus . Alternatively, it can be found on the original device box.
