Apple jumps 11 places in the Fortune 500 list and is now the 6th richest company in the US

 

And Apple , for the first time in its history, has managed to break into the Top 10 of the companies that generate the most money in the US, jumping from 17th place last year to 6th place in 2013. During 2012, Apple managed to sell products worth a total of $156.500 billion , which translated into the not inconsiderable figure of $41.733 billion in profits.
