Apple Store promotes recycling program for iPhone 4S and iPhone 5

We have just started the month of June and with it, Apple has just launched a short program that will promote the reuse of old models through the Apple Store.

Through this recycling program, customers can visit their nearest Apple Store with their oldest iPhone model ( iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, or iPhone 5S ). In return, the company will give them a gift card, which can be used to purchase a new iPhone ( iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus ) at a significant discount.

Apple 's goal is likely simply to boost sales of its new devices this month. That's why the company is currently offering:

For iPhone 4S: $50 credit
For iPhone 5: $100 credit
For iPhone 5S: $200 credit

In addition, it's important to note that this potential trade-in program will only be available at the US Apple Store . However, this hasn't stopped other online retailers like Amazon from offering attractive deals on these devices.
