AT&T may be charging for FaceTime calls made over a mobile network.

AT&T appears to be considering charging for FaceTime calls. These messages were sent over the mobile network, as you can see in the screenshot. That message appeared in... 6 iOS Beta 3 which was launched just yesterday, if you look closely at the image it says: "If you want to activate FaceTime over cellular, contact AT&T at 611 or visit www.att.com/mywireless
Apple announced in the WWDC in June that iOS 6 would allow calls through FaceTime over cellularHowever, it seems that the companies are going to take advantage of the situation and charge for that service separately.
For now it's only AT&T, but it will most likely spread to all companies.
