Boover – Edit Notification Globes in iOS 7

Boover lets you view notification badges in different colors and positions, which is a feature many users love. You can also slightly change the shape and opacity of the notification badges. One of the best Cydia tweaks currently available, it adds easy-to-use settings, as shown in the video. It's already available for free on Cydia for iOS.
