iOS 9 bug allows removing system animations (without jailbreak)

Despite the security of Apple's iOS system, it has many bugs and errors that jailbreaking can fix. This is where jailbreaking comes in. Bugwhich allows remove animations from the system to open, close applications o folders

This bug is compatible with iOS 9 and later; however, some devices with iOS 9.3.1 do not have this bug, but from iOS 9.0 onwards, up to 9.2.1, the bug works.

Apple has fixed this bug on some devices running iOS 9.3.1, but it remains compatible with the vast majority. You'll just need to use Spotlight with AssistiveTouch enabled.

How to remove iOS animations using the Bug

  1. Go to SettingsGeneral, Accessibility, and activate AssistiveTouch
  2. Place the Virtual button in some Lower corner
  3. Activate el Spotlight from the home screen (with a swipe down)
  4. Logout of the Spotlight (touching any part of the screen)
  5. Repeat Repeat steps 3 and 4 until the AssistiveTouch moves up and down quickly

 

Requirements:

  • iPhone, iPod or iPad
  • iOS 9 or higher
  • Assistive Touch activated
  • Spotlight
  • Disable gestures on your iPad (to prevent unexpected restarts)
