Change the appearance of the control center with CCPlus (Jailbreak)

Although the control center is very useful, it still doesn't offer the most basic customization options, but fortunately there's a new free jailbreak tweak called CCPlus which allows you to configure the appearance of the Control Center to your liking.

CCPlus includes many features for iOS, including the ability to color the interface and show or hide certain user interface elements.

After installing this tweak, you can open the settings app and you'll find a lot of new options in the tweak preferences.

Because there are so many things you can do here, we'll provide a brief overview of what can be done below:

  • Activate or deactivate the tweak
  • Toggle to a custom blur effect
  • Choose a custom hair dye color
  • Use the dominant color of the album artwork from the ongoing reproduction
  • Make the album cover translucent
  • Hide various items from the Control Center (points, text, and more…)

These options give you enough flexibility to hide things you never use from the Control Center, as well as change its color to whatever you want. Since some people don't like customizing the Control Center to a single, static color, it's also good to know that the developer includes the option to color the Control Center based on any music currently playing, offering a more dynamic option.

If you're interested in trying CCPlus, you can Download it for free from the BigBoss repository in CydiaThe tweak is only intended to run on jailbroken iOS 10 devices, so make sure you meet this requirement before attempting to install the tweak.
