How to download it for free
If you go to the App Store you will see the price of the application and as the image shows you must scroll down to the middle of the app until you find a button at the bottom that says " Download now for free ".
You must log in with your credentials or account and you will see the Camera + promotion page. Press the option at the top and the download will start automatically.
Once installed, you can go back to your App Store account and tap the Purchases tab or option to redownload it for free on your other devices.
Note : It appears the promotion only applies to users within the United States, although other countries have reported that it works perfectly.
