Today I found out that the creator of the jailbreak was interviewed by CNN for the new iPhone & iPod Touch models of all generations.

And unlock iPhones with the new baseband.

He was interviewed on CNN, a global news site!

George Hotz says that in his early days, thanks to his skill, he was part of the DevTeam, but when he made some of his hacking techniques public, the DevTeam decided to exclude him from the project.

GeoHot is now 20 years old and makes a living as a "hacker for hire," and that's precisely why he gets paid to "break" various types of electronic devices. He has also stated that he attends university with the intention of socializing, not studying.
