How to convert compressed firmware files (.rar or .zip) to .ipsw so that iTunes can detect them

Hello friends, this tutorial is about how to change the iOS files downloaded from iPhoneate or other sites, which many people think are corrupted because when they unzip them, many files appear but none resemble the iOS or firmware, and iTunes doesn't recognize them.
