How to fix Siri, it won't open any apps

Some may not have noticed, but many times Siri stops opening apps when we jailbreak. In this tutorial, we're going to fix this little problem.

Siri is very useful and can do many things, but when installing the jailbreak, many people seem to have problems opening applications with Siri, giving the following error.

 

 

First, you need to have iFile installed on your device. (You can use your favorite file manager.)

Once this Cydia Tweak/App is installed, we will go to this path: /var/mobile/Library/Caches

 

And we're going to rename the following files:

com.apple.LaunchServices-045.csstore (the number in this file may vary, but don't worry, it's the only one with that name)

com.apple.mobile.installation.plist

We're going to add a ".back" at the end and they'll look like this.

com.apple.LaunchServices-045.csstore.back

com.apple.mobile.installation.plist.back

Once these files are renamed, turn your device off and on again. Your apps might not appear when you turn it on… THIS IS NORMAL, as the iDevice is re-detecting all installed apps. Depending on how many you have, this may take several minutes. DON'T WORRY.

Once everything is back to normal, try Siri again, and you'll see that it works fine.
