Hello iPhoneate friends, many of us have wanted to make our own icons, whether with or without jailbreaking, here we bring you a way to do it.

Requirements:

Having an iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad
Requires iOS 4.3 or later. This app is already optimized for iPhone 5.
You will need to have jailbreak installed (Cydia) or purchase the application.

This is achieved with a unique application which, unfortunately, has a price, but it's worth buying. If your device is jailbroken, you can download it via VSHARE or other websites from your PC or computer. This application allows you to create icons using a Safari URL. After creating the icon, you choose its function or where you want it to take you. You can select anything like Safari, Facebook, or Twitter. As seen in the video, it will ask you to install a plugin or certificate to continue. Each time you tap the created icon, it will open Safari and automatically take you to the application you configured. Another special feature is that you don't necessarily need to be connected to a Wi-Fi or 3G network; it opens automatically to the application you selected based on the certificate you installed. Now, you need to have your device jailbroken, or you can purchase the application. You must also have AppSync from Cydia installed to use app icons.
