Apple Watch sales decline
Apple Watch sales are hovering around 20.000 units per day, a significantly lower figure compared to the 200.000 sold in the first few days after launch. Can the Cupertino company recover its numbers? What are the possible reasons for this sales decline?
The Apple Watch has become an essential part of daily life for many users. Despite being on sale for just two months, sales of Apple's flagship watch are already declining.
Currently, the Cupertino company sells an average of 20.000 watches per day. This figure is much lower compared to the 200.000 units sold daily in the early days of sales—figures that were far more impressive and lucrative than those of today. The Apple Watch Sport would account for two-thirds of total watches sold, with the remainder being models priced over $500.
Apple has known how to market itself for years; Steve Jobs was a leader in that regard, and although he's no longer with us, he left a significant legacy for the future of his company. Under his leadership, who knows if a device like this would have seen the light of day? Many questions arise when one thinks about what 2015 would have been like for Apple if Jobs were still at the helm.

Possible Reasons
It's important to keep in mind that the initial hype surrounding the launch has subsided , and it's understandable that other factors are at play. First, the target market needs to be narrowed down to people who own an iPhone , then those who don't have another watch (like the Pebble) and aren't about to upgrade, or perhaps they didn't like it as much as they expected. Another possibility is that they simply don't have the money yet (since, with the exception of the Apple Watch Sport, the others aren't as affordable compared to the competition). Finally, we could consider that many people are waiting for the second version of the watch based on the principle that "the first version of a device is a trial-and-error process that leads to improvements in the next one."

Hopefully, sales of this watch will increase so they motivate Apple to release one with more features. To be honest, it's not bad at all for the first version.
