Disney and McDonald's are preparing for the arrival of NFC in Apple
After Apple partnered with major financial companies in the United States such as Chase, Capital One, and Bank of America , they are also working with others like Visa and American Express for the use of the highly anticipated system that will allow users to make payments simply by tapping their mobile phone or iWatch in stores.
Rumors also indicate that Walgreens and CVS will be part of the pharmacy chain that will have the new payment system, which will arrive as an alternative to cash or credit or debit cards and at the same time with greater security.
But these are not the only partner companies; in fact, Disney stores are already prepared and have updated their payment receiving systems with the famous iBeacons , which can be used as a form of authentication for NFC.
While not yet confirmed, it is expected that Apple could also begin distributing iBeacon sensors within its own stores before the arrival of the iPhone 6 , which will be presented in less than two days but will arrive in stores on September 19.
According to the same Disney sources, it is confirmed that the entire chain of stores is already equipped with the new systems, just as the largest fast food chain in the United States, McDonald's, has begun to do , which indicates that it could be another partner for the payment system.
We also explained earlier some features of the iWatch that could work independently of other iOS devices and could also be used as a form of payment via NFC, according to sources.
