SYNOPSIS: The series is set in Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital, where Gregory House heads a special unit dedicated to treating patients with rare diseases. Dr. House is known for solving cases that conventional medicine would find impossible. He uses differential diagnosis as the basis for his unusual diagnoses, relying on his team of three doctors for logical reasoning and contributing his own brand of logic to guide the final diagnosis.
