The first thing to know is: HAVE YOU UPDATED IT VIA OTA (WiFi)???
If so, try resetting the settings; that sometimes works. SETTINGS/GENERAL/RESET/ERASE CONTENT AND SETTINGS.
If not, download the IPSW from ENTERPRISEIOS and update it properly from your PC via iTunes.
Don't do it over the air (OTA), it fails a lot. Best of luck!
