The DevTeam updates Redsn0w & Ultrasn0w

Hello iPhone users, the Dev Team has just released a small update to PwnageTool and Redsn0w to fix the side button issue which changes the vibration/sound state on the iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS (iOS 4.3.3 only).

 

 

 

 

 

Is Redsn0w 0.9.6 RC16This version corrects the problems that have arisen with the bbutton of silence, solves the incompatibility issues of the tool with Windows 7 y Windows Vista, And as if that weren't enough, i0n1c It claims to increase the battery life of the iDevice.

 

For unlockers (those using Ultrasn0w), this process is perfectly safe since Redsn0w does not upgrade the baseband. Only an official restore through iTunes changes the baseband.

Procedure

• If you already have a jailbreak on iOS 4.3.3 (either with Redsn0w rc15 or a custom iOS created with PwnageTool or Snowbreeze), you can easily install this fix. Simply run Redsn0w rc16, select the official iOS 4.3.3 (normal process), but at the end, deselect the "Install Cydia" option. You can then select any of the other options or none at all. The fix will install regardless of your selection.
• If you haven't jailbroken yet, use this latest version and you won't have the problem.
