iOS 7.1 Beta 3 can be removed from the iOS device

Developers who downloaded iOS 7.1 Beta 3 via a major software update have discovered that it is now possible to delete installation files.

The release of iOS 7 caused a lot of annoyance to users because they didn't want to update to the new operating system , since installing the update took up valuable space and wasn't removable.

This is why Apple CEO Tim Cook was sued in small claims court by Mark David Menacher, a California customer who said, " Apple 's disregard for customer preferences regarding iOS 7 is corporate vandalism."

That's why, after several user complaints, Apple introduced the ability to delete iOS update files that are automatically downloaded to the device . This process can be performed through the Settings -> General > Usage option – starting with iOS 7.1 Beta 3, as shown. With this menu option, you can delete these update files and regain the 1 GB of storage space.

This discovery was made public through a major publication on the German website Macerkopf, who show us that this update offers the possibility of deleting the installation files of some automatic updates.

On the other hand, there are other major changes highlighted in this new iOS 7.1 beta 3, including new call screens and a new power off slider.
