Firmware 3.1.3 App: Emulate version 3.1.3 on iPhone and iPod touch
Hello iPhone user, BigBoss has released a new application that allows you to fictitiously have firmware version 3.1.3 when it's actually 3.1.2. This is useful sometimes when, for example, an app from the App Store asks for the latest firmware version to download.
Requirements:
- Have iPhone/iPod Touch with firmware 3.1.2
- Get a jailbroken iPhone & iPod Touch, if you don't know how: https://iphoneate.com/jailbreak-3-1-2-iphone-ipod-touch-en-mac-windows/
- It is available in Cydia from the Big Boss source that comes by default, so nothing needs to be added.
This application is installed from Cydia instead of the tweak called “Spoofer 3.1.3” mentioned a few days ago, which had several errors and did not work.
For all those who have Spoofer, you must first uninstall and restart the device and then install “Firmware 3.1.3 App”.
Its operation is very simple; when you run the application, you will have two buttons available that will allow you to switch to version 3.1.3 or return to 3.1.2 after restarting.
Firmware 3.1.3 App is available for FREE on Cydia under the BigBoss repository.
