Next: Firmware 3.1.3 is coming when Apple continues testing on firmware 4.0!

iPhone OS 3.1.3 should only be a minor update to the current system and could be released as early as this day; firmware 4.0, instead, would be in an initial testing phase to be followed by a private beta for developers in March 2010 before being released in June or July with a fourth-generation iPhone!
