iCommander

icommaderHello iPhone users! Today I bring you a useful application for those who don't have Wi-Fi and need to grant permissions to their files via SSH. As is often the case, without Wi-Fi you need WinSCP to grant file permissions, but that's a thing of the past. Thanks to iCommander, you can grant permissions directly from your iPod or iPhone. You just need to upload the file using iFunbox or the program you use to connect via SSH, and that's it! Then, go to the application on your iPod or iPhone, follow the same path that leads to the file, and grant the permissions.

Requirements :

Download the App:

You need to have this Source in Cydia

Installation steps:

1. After we install the source, we select it and enter it:

iCommander - 1

2. Then this page will appear, and we look for iCommander and select it.

iCommander - 2

3. Now we will install and confirm the installation

iCommander - 3

4. Okay, now we just wait for the application to load and install. After that, we exit Cydia and we'll see the icon on our device, and then we open the application.

iCommander - 4

5. Now that we are inside the application, we will do the following:

5.1 First we will press the Slash ( / ) that is at the bottom left of our screen

5.2 Now we just move around by touching the path. For example, if we want to enter the library, we touch and it will open the library folder. We do this until we move to where we want to go.

5.3 Now that you are positioned where you want to grant permissions, you have to click on the blue arrow next to the name

As shown in the image

6. Now, after we clicked the arrow, the following screen will appear:

iCommander - 6

6.1 We will show you where the number is so that the numeric keypad appears and we can write the new permission number.

6.2 Now you press the "SET" button to make the permission change

NOTE: After pressing the set button, nothing happens, but for the changes to take effect you must turn your device off and on.

With this, you will have granted new permissions and you can now enjoy the benefits of having given permissions to your applications.

This is mainly for when you're going to install ROMs for any emulator, where you have to create folders and give them permissions.

Enjoy it.
