imageResize changes HD icons to non-HD for iPhone & iPod Touch

Hello iPhone enthusiast, if you liked a theme and it's HD and you don't have an iPhone 4 or iPod Touch 4, now change it to non-HD for your device. This only works on Windows.
Requirements :

- Have Winteboard from Cydia installed
- Have a program to log in via SSH https://iphoneate.com/iphone-folders-compatible-con-ios4/
- Have the theme downloaded on your PC
