launch of an Apple tablet
The reliable source that had already announced the arrival of the iPhone 3G or 5G iPod Nano says that this time the rumors surrounding the launch of an Apple tablet could materialize in January 2010.
This "compressed" device we call iPad could be presented as a new iPhone, for the following reasons:
- The first version had a 7-inch screen, but it was deemed too small, so it will be enlarged to 10,7 inches.
- The iPad runs iPhone OS.
- The iPad looks very similar to the iPhone 3G/3G with a rounded back.
- The iPad launched the 3G version (iPhone) and the non-3G version (iPod Touch).
- The iPad screen has a resolution of +/- 720p, and a security hole 5 or 6 times larger than the iPhone's today.
- The iPad will be intended to expand the media concept for iPhone/iPod Touch while offering an alternative to reading books or magazines + media, games and "web" features.
- The iPad is by no means a direct competitor to netbooks. It's a larger media player running the iPhone OS.
- Apple could announce on January 19, 2010, or shortly before, which accompanies the launch of a lack of organization to create the Apple "buzz" that we all know and finally sell in May or June 2010.
- Engineers 9 / «Apple» wait for Steve Jobs' green light to start the machine.
The reliability of this information is estimated at 80%.
