iPhone 6 and Plus survive the second drop test

Yesterday, the first users acquired the first devices sold in Australia, causing the news to reach every corner of the world. This event, which had been long awaited until the company made the official announcement two weeks ago, has revealed more technical details that had been discussed previously, and now we finally have the devices in stores to explore them in detail.

But some users have waited a long time to be the first to get their hands on the new iPhone models just to test the durability of their materials by dropping them on concrete. Crazy, right?

The first test wasn't planned ; in fact, it was an accident. A user became the first person to get their hands on the phone, but while unpacking it and being interviewed by local media, he dropped it. Fortunately, the device survived without a scratch.

The second test was carried out in real life on the same day and published from the YouTube channel “ Android Authority ” where the person repeatedly tested both terminals in every possible way.

As a result, the phones sustained some damage to the sides ; however, their screens remained intact, as can be seen in the video at the beginning of this article. While it's not possible to determine the overall durability of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus screens based on yesterday's tests, users can rest assured that they will have a potentially shockproof device.
