Hello iPhone user, iTunes 9.0.3 fixes several important problems, Currently being tested on jailbroken devices, the update is not affected.

iTunes no longer ignores the "Save password to purchase" setting.
Fixes synchronization problems with some smart playlists and podcasts on the iPod.
Fixes problems detecting if an iPod is connected.
Fixes issues that improve stability and performance.
iTunes 9 includes many improvements and new features, such as the following:
Improved look and functionality, with the new column browser, which makes it easy to search for artists, albums, movies, TV shows and much more.
The iTunes Store offers a completely revamped look, with an improved navigation system for easier and faster searching.
iTunes LP and iTunes Extras provide unique experiences, with interviews, videos, photos, and other exclusive content, available when you purchase a selection of albums and movies in the iTunes Store.
Home Sharing lets you share your family's iTunes collection across multiple computers in your home. iTunes offers the option to automatically transfer all new purchases or only the items you select.
Genius Mixes, which iTunes creates for you with songs from your library that blend perfectly.
iPod and iPhone syncing now lets you organize your iPhone or iPod touch home screen directly from iTunes. Syncing is more flexible, allowing you to sync specific artists, genres, TV shows, or podcast episodes.
iTunes U items, now organized in their own section in the iTunes library.
Synchronization with iPod nano (fifth generation), iPod classic (fall 2009) and iPod touch (fall 2009).
iTunes 9 also includes many other improvements, such as HE-AAC encoding and playback, more flexibility in smart playlist rules, simpler organization of content files in the iTunes Media folder, and much more.
