iTunes Connect will be disabled for December

Apple has informed developers that iTunes Connect will be closed from Saturday, December 21st to Friday, December 27th, 2013 for the holiday season.

The portal used by iOS and Mac developers to manage applications will be closed. The company does this every year, solely to give employees time off.

During this time, iTunes Connect will be inaccessible, and no apps can be submitted or purchases made within the App Store . Any processing, the company specified, can only be completed after the indicated date. Therefore, Apple recommends that no app prices or updates be changed during this period.

Sales and trends data will be available through the Self-Service tool, but may be subject to change. Price changes for apps that take effect during this period will make the app unavailable for purchase until after December 27th.
