Apple has just announced that iWork will be updated for iCloud.

As we recall, through its Worldwide Developers Conference in June, Apple introduced iWork for iCloud , an added version in the iCloud browser that would allow users to create and edit new documents, using applications such as Pages , Numbers , and Keynote.

Since then, the service has been in testing and undergoing constant improvements. But we were quite surprised to find that when trying to access these applications, they displayed a warning message that the company shows to users in the iWork apps on iCloud.com.

The notice literally reads as follows:

“We’re updating the iCloud pages ! In just a few hours, you’ll be able to create and edit documents , and enjoy new features.”

As previously announced, Apple will unveil the new features during today's big event . We expect them to officially announce the new versions of iWork for both OS X and iOS . We'll also be providing full coverage of the event here.
