Jailbreak Firmware 4.3.3 iPhone 4, 3Gs, iPod Touch 3, 4 & iPad

by Alefa / May 4, 2011 6:04 PM EDT

Hello iPhone enthusiasts! As everyone knows, Apple released firmware update 4.3.3, and until now, we didn't have a jailbreak available. Well, less than 24 hours later, we already have a jailbreak using the Redsn0w tool. The procedure is the same as for jailbreaking 4.3.2. It's worth noting that this jailbreak only works on iPhone 4, iPod 4, iPod 3, iPad, and 3GS.

.

Important: Before proceeding, you should know that you must first save the ssh connection.

Requirements:

The procedure is the same as in the jailbreak of firmware 4.3.2; you can use the link to the requirements.

Process:

  • Update to version 4.3.3 from iTunes
  • Having firmware 4.3.2 on your desktop

Before running redsnow, follow these steps:

  • Right-click on redsnow, go to the compatibility tab and select Windows XP Service Pack 3 compatibility, then apply and accept

Now I'll leave you with a video that belongs to one of the members of the DevTeam. It's in English, but you'll have it in Spanish soon:

Note for unjustified criticism:

Thank you to everyone who supports the website, truly from the bottom of my heart. Certain people who complain about the lack of new content and then complain when something new does appear should take note. They should be ashamed of themselves because iPhoneate was the first website to post the jailbreak news. But there's a small group sent by certain individuals to harm the website with malicious words and insults. If they're so prone to insults, why are they here? No one is forcing them to leave; they have every right to go elsewhere. We live in a democracy, and everyone can do what they want, but coming here to insult the staff's work is unacceptable! The information I have is 100% reliable, as I stated in the post. The video was published by Dinozambas , "ONE OF THE DEVTEAM." And for those who don't know who the Devteam is, do some research before coming here to criticize. This is yet another example of how jailbreaking with Redsnow is possible.

Translated in case anyone doesn't understand:

Confirmed: Apple did not patch the vulnerability in unchaining 4.3.3 – iPod 4 is running unchained jailbreaking 4.3.3

And for those who don't like to read, they were never told to jailbreak, " it was never promoted ." This is just proof that jailbreaking is already available for anyone who wants to try it.
