Untethered jailbreak for iOS 4.3.4 and 4.3.5 with Redsn0w 0.9.8b7

Hello iPhoneate friends, we have some great news for all iPhone 3Gs users with older bootrooms . That's right, we're pleased to announce that it's now possible to perform an untethered jailbreak on your iOS 4.3.4 and/or 4.3.5 devices thanks to the new and updated version of Redsn0w 0.9.8b7, now available for Windows and Mac. This feature allows you to turn off your device without losing the jailbreak.
To find out which Bootrom you have, you can only check it through: Settings/General/About/Model, where you have to see if your model starts with MB, since this will confirm that you have an older Bootrom and you can indeed perform the Untethered Jailbreak, but if it starts with MC you will not be able to apply it.
Steps to follow:
- Make a backup of the contents of your device, because if you lose it you have the backup.
- Restore your device with the latest iOS version 4.3.5.
- Open Redsn0w 0.9.8b7 and select the iOS 4.3.5 version that you downloaded to begin the jailbreak.
- Select “Install Cydia”, then click Next. There are a few options to customize the jailbreak, but if you're not interested in them, just click Next.
- Now, make sure your device is turned off and connected to the computer before continuing.
- Next, we will put the device into DFU mode. Press and hold both buttons (Home and Power) and after 10 seconds, release only the Home button (the round one).
- Once this is done, all we have to do is wait. At the end of the process, we will have our device jailbroken.
ONLY FOR IPHONE 3GS WITH OLD BOOTROM.
