JailbreakMe 2.0, iOS 4.0 & 4.0.1 Full Tutorial

Hello iPhone users, I've prepared some videos on how to jailbreak your device and how to add the basic sources to install apps on iOS 4. I hope this tutorial clears up any remaining doubts so you can finish installing your new jailbreak.

Before jailbreaking, remember:

• For iPhone 4, 3Gs, 3G, iPod Touch 1G, 2G, 3G, & iPad 3.2.
• Compatible with firmware 3.1.2, 3.1.3, 4.0 & 4.0.1, iPad 3.2.
• For MC & MB Models
• For ILLEGAL iPhones IT DOES NOT WORK because they would be blocked by an emergency call

Requirements:

Having

• iPad
• iPhone 4
• iPhone 3Gs or iPhoneand 3G
• iPod Touch 1G, 2G or 3G
• Have an internet connection from your device.
• Have iOS 4.0 & 4.0.1
• Have iTunes 9.2 or later.
• You will need to restore your device with iOS 4.0 & 4.0.1
• After restoring, you will need to sync with iTunes (songs, videos, or photos).

Nota

• If you see an "oops" message or any other error message when opening the Jailbreakme page, please try again, as this jailbreak is new and the website is often overloaded.
• When you do this jail, remember to have WITHOUT JAILBREAK YOUR iPod Touch, iPhone or iPad That's why they must restore it
• It took me 8 hours just for the page to load, because it was the first day of the jailbreak's release and it was extremely overloaded. Keep trying until it loads!
• Don't worry if you see some pixels in the form of lines when you restart, it's nothing to worry about.
