Squier launches the Stratocaster guitar, with iOS connectivity

 

Fender announced on Monday that it will release the Squier Stratocaster with a mini-USB output port. A base model of the iconic guitar will be able to connect directly to a PC or iOS device.

 

 

 

The guitar , which is sold exclusively through the Apple Store for €209,95, can be connected directly to the computer and played, but it also works as a normal Stratocaster if you connect it to an amplifier.

 

It also includes a 30-pin mini-USB connector to connect it to an iOS device (for the latest iOS models you will also need a 30-pin to Lightning adapter).
