More news about jailbreaking the Apple TV 3

 

A few days ago I gave you the bad news that no one was working on a jailbreak for the Apple TV 3, but today it seems all is not lost. The hacker @p0sixninja posted a message on Twitter saying that if you want to jailbreak your device in the future, don't update to the next version.

 

This is exactly what he said on his Twitter:

"If you want to jailbreak your Apple TV 3, I suggest you don't update when the time comes." In other words, don't update to iOS 6 when it's released if you plan to jailbreak it in the future. That's all for now; I'll update the article as soon as I have more information.
