This week, a federal judge issued another ruling regarding the patent dispute involving these two giants.

This law, issued by federal judge Lucy Koh, was primarily a result of the excessive and constant requests from both companies involved in the case, appeal after appeal, new lawsuits, letters with proposals that only benefited one party, in short, too many things for a single week that led the judge to declare that neither party may file any objection, letters or any other motion until the court authorizes them.

Of course, this decision made by the judge did not prevent one of the parties from issuing its respective opinion on the matter . Samsung, of course, argued that the step taken by Apple this week was totally inappropriate , and that it hopes the court will not contradict itself in decisions made previously.

It's clear that this week isn't the first time these two companies have clashed, and it doesn't appear to be the last either. This goes back three years to when the first Apple vs. Samsung battle began over patents for their respective devices. Apple has won most of the cases, while Samsung has had no choice but to file numerous appeals.

Following the judge's decision, Apple is not resting easy and is already seeking a new hearing to continue presenting its case . The so-called trial of the year seems like it will never end.
