The new Mac Mini is expected to arrive at the end of February.

We're sure this news will excite many users. While it's true that all of Apple's Mac lines have transitioned to Intel's latest Haswell chip platform , the notable exception is the Mac Mini.

This device, as is known, has not received any updates since October 2012. Since then, exactly 16 months have passed without an update to Apple's most affordable computer.

That said, we have received statements today from some Belgian distributors, who indicate that the markers for a new Mac Mini i would be available by the end of February.

These claims would coincide with statements made by a representative of the Computerstore.be store, who pointed out some of the features that the new Mac Mini models would have, hinting at the integration of a fourth-generation Intel Haswell processor into the next computer.

On the other hand, it's worth noting that the latest version of Apple's operating system is fully compatible with other Apple products. However, we'll have to wait until the end of February to see if these "reports" are actually true.
