The new 12-inch Macbook weighs only 910 grams

There were many rumors that raised the alarm about the arrival of a new range of Macbook AIR and when we were all convinced about the arrival of this new laptop, the people from Cupertino ended up surprising us with this new range of MacBook.

With the MacBooks we complete the range of laptops, including a new device that would be in between those currently available on the market, specifically 12-inch models.

The new design features a completely redesigned keyboard that is much more compact, lighter, and thinner, a screen with minimal bezels, and a reduced number of ports to achieve this smaller size. The trackpad was another component that, along with the keyboard, was completely redesigned.

What we find in this device is no surprise, as it is equipped with new generation Intel Broadwell processors , in particular, an Intel Core M 1.3 GHz.

Regarding graphics, the integrated Intel HD Graphics 5300 processor stands out . The screen is a Retina display with a resolution of 2304x1440 . Both configurations come with 8GB of RAM , and in terms of storage capacity, one has 256GB and the other 512GB.

If we focus on the design, we can say that Cupertino has given it a complete overhaul. The ports have been reduced to a minimum, leaving only a new USB Type-C port, which houses and charges a standard USB input and a headphone jack .

The size of the device has been reduced considerably, weighing even less than the 11-inch MacBook Air at just 910 grams.

This laptop will be available in several colors, such as silver, space gray, and gold.
