Quake III For iPhone/iPod Touch

If Doom 1 & 2 are available for the iPhone, why not Quake III?

To install it, you only need:

  1. Download the game here: http://rapidshare.com/files/170607125/Quake3.v1.0-zodttd.zip
  2. Put it via ssh to /applications/
  3. Grant permission 775
  4. Restart iPhone or iPod Touch
If the game icon does not appear:
Access /private/var/mobile/Library/Caches via ssh and delete the com.apple.mobile.installation.plist file, or install anything from Cydia or activate any theme.

And if you think the game controls aren't very good, download this file. http://rapidshare.com/files/170607271/default.rar ,you rename it q3config.cfg and place it via ssh in /private/var/mobile/library/quake/demoq3/
