After updating my iPhone 6 to iOS 9.2, it lost signal; it only shows the company name but then loses signal.

I updated my iPhone 6 to iOS 9.2 and now it's lost signal. It only shows the carrier name, but the signal bars are empty. It gets a signal at first, but after 5 minutes it stops. I've already tried:
-Reset network settings
-all settings
-I already reinstalled the system through iTunes
-I already tried the chip in another phone and nothing.
Please help, I'm about to send it all to the Mer.
